HAVANESE PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. Purpose
The Buyer agrees that the Puppy is being sold as a companion pet only and not for breeding purposes. The Buyer agrees to provide a loving, responsible, and permanent home for the Puppy.

2. Spay/Neuter Requirement
The Buyer agrees that the Puppy will not be spayed or neutered before 12 months of age, unless medically necessary and approved by a licensed veterinarian.

Proof of the procedure (veterinary certificate or invoice) must be provided to the Seller within 10 days of surgery.

The Buyer understands that early spay/neuter may negatively impact the Puppy’s development and may void any applicable health guarantees.

3. No Breeding Clause
The Buyer agrees that this Puppy shall not be bred under any circumstances, whether accidental or intentional.

Any breach of this agreement may result in penalties, including forfeiture of the Puppy and/or legal action.

4. Health & Responsibility
The Buyer agrees to provide:

  • Regular veterinary care and vaccinations

  • Proper nutrition and fresh water

  • Safe housing and a clean environment

  • Regular grooming appropriate for the breed

  • Exercise, socialization, and training

  • Love, attention, and humane treatment at all times

5. Return Policy
If the Buyer is unable to keep the Puppy for any reason, the Puppy must be returned to the Seller.

The Puppy may not be rehomed, sold, gifted, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue without the Seller’s prior written consent.

No refund is guaranteed unless otherwise agreed by the Seller.

6. General Agreement
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
